1. When will my order be processed?
Once you place your order, the item is custom-made just for you. Production typically takes 3–5 business days.
2. How long does shipping take?
After production is complete, shipping for US orders generally takes 7–10 business days.
Also, per our Terms & Conditions: “Delivery time includes manufacturing (3–5 business days) plus shipping (14–28 business days)”.
3. Are there shipping fees or free shipping?
Yes. For orders under US$100, a standard shipping fee of US$7.99 applies. For orders over US$100, shipping is free.
For any given order, shipping charges will be calculated and shown at checkout.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by [email protected]. It may take up to 5 business days for the tracking information to begin updating.
5. What should I do if tracking doesn’t update or my package is missing?
If the tracking number hasn’t updated after 5 business days, please contact us [email protected].
If any items are missing from your package, notify us within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and details of the missing items.
6. Do I have to pay customs, duties or taxes?
Yes — any customs duties, import taxes or other fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
7. When am I eligible for a refund or replacement?
You may request a refund or free replacement if:
- The item received is not as described.
- The item is damaged or defective.
- The item was never delivered within the estimated timeframe.
Also, all requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order, or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for non-delivered items.
8. Are returns accepted for any reason (e.g., changed mind)?
No. Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, changed mind, or if you selected the incorrect size/color.
9. What about order cancellations?
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase — after that, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.
10. If I receive a damaged or incorrect item, what should I do?
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery, include your order number + a photo of the item showing the defect or the incorrect design.
If the issue is verified, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund. You do not need to return the original item in that case.
11. If my item never arrives, what happens?
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. You can request a full refund or a free replacement — the claim is subject to verification with the carrier.
12. How long will a refund take to appear?
Once approved:
- PayPal refunds typically within 3-5 business days.
- Credit/debit card refunds (via Stripe) up to 10 business days.
13. What about the cost of shipping when returning an item?
If the return/replacement is due to our error (manufacturing/shipping defect), you will not be charged return shipping cost.
If you are returning because of personal preference (which typically is not accepted since items are custom-made), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
